Every month in 2026, one member enrolled in Paperless Billing will be randomly selected to receive a $90 bill credit—that’s 12 chances to win all year long!

To be entered, enroll in Paperless on the SmartHub mobile app by clicking the “Go Paperless” button or Ad in the middle of the screen. To enroll on the SmartHub web portal, go to Settings → Paperless Billing → On.

Members must have a SmartHub account and must be enrolled at the time of each monthly drawing.

Winners will be announced on our social media platforms, and the $90 credit will be applied directly to the member’s electric account.

Plus, members enrolled in Paperless Billing receive a $1 bill credit every month, outside of this promotion.

Promotion runs January–December 2026. By participating, winners agree to be recognized on our social media platforms.
